IAM Local 1315 was chartered on April 10, 1941.  As the largest IAM local in the state of Indiana, Local 1315 enjoys a membership of over 800 members.

Local 1315 holds it's monthly local lodge meeting at McNaughton Park in Elkhart the second Saturday of every month at 1pm.

There is a Stewards Training Seminar held at 10am before the monthly local lodge meeting.
